    Henry County residents please pass this along.
    The application for absentee ballot form may be printed and mailed, scanned and emailed or faxed in. If you cannot print the form you may call and have one mailed to you.

    You can also call the Voter Registration Office at: (765) 529-9310 to request an application to be mailed to you.
    They will then mail your requested ballot right to your home.
