  • News Release: How are You Responding to COVID-19?

    COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has created major disruptions and will continue to do so for weeks to come. We want to remain calm, yet vigilant in this difficult time. We are closely watching the situation and following the CDC and State and Local Health Departments for the most up to date information. It is important that we update you on how we as an organization are handling this event.
    Effective immediately, our office will be making some changes in office policies and how we interact with you, namely eliminating all in-person visits to our office from both clients and carrier/vendor personnel. We will continue to be open normal hours and will be just as responsive as normal via phone, email, or other means like video conference, if needed. Carrier websites and phones will continue to be open for paying bills and other necessary transactions. Bills can continue to be paid via those sites, phone numbers, or via mail during this period and we can continue to answer questions as we always have done on any issue.
    As an agency, we have to place priority on the health of not only you, our client, but also our staff, so that they can continue to provide uninterrupted, normal service during this time and beyond. That is the reason for taking these necessary measures. Again, as of now, we should see no disruption in normal service issues, and since the situation is fluid, we will continue to monitor and update you as is necessary.
