This form will allow you to pay for a Chamber Event online. After filling out and submitting this form, you will be directed to our checkout page where you will choose the member or non-member amount.
If you wish to pay with cash or check, you can still use this form. After filling out and submitting this form, simply ignore the next page. To make payment by cash or check, please stop by the Chamber office at 100 S. Main St. or call 765-529-5210.
