Nathan Millikan, MD, cardiologist, and Phumeza Msikinya, MD, family practice, and other staff members from their practices will also be on hand, as will other specialists who provide care at the facility on a rotating basis.
The New Castle Henry County Public Library will offer sign-ups for library cards and have information about genealogy research. They will also have information about the library’s Spring reading program. “I think it’s important for people to know that they have such a great resource in the library,” said Lynn Thomas, Children’s Library Manager.
Reid Health therapy dogs will also be available.
Among the free screenings being offered:
- Head and neck cancer screenings from Reid ENT.
- Blood pressure from Reid Family Care.

- A demonstration of asthma testing by Reid Allergy.
Visitors can also schedule a reduced-price, $29 vascular screening (regularly $49) with New Castle Cardiology, win door prizes and receive giveaways and snack on light refreshments.
A ribbon-cutting will also be celebrated by the New Castle Henry County Chamber of Commerce.
“We look forward to getting to know more of our New Castle area friends,” said Karen Briggs, Service Line Director for RHPA Specialty Care.
Besides Drs. Msikinya and Millikan, also on hand for the event will be Christopher Peers, MD, with Reid ENT; Jason Casselman, DO, Allergist with Reid Allergy; Sarah Dohse, Au.D., Reid Hearing Center; and William Ducey, MD, vascular surgeon with Reid Vascular Surgery.
