We invite you to help us celebrate summer with a Festival immediately following our Memorial Day Parade. Join us at Baker Park in New Castle for food, games, and tons of fun!
10’ X 10’ booth space- $25.00. No refunds for cancelations after May 8, 2017
Vendors are responsible for their own tent (if desired), tables and chairs. Holes cannot be made in the pavement or concrete.
For multiple spaces, multiply number of spaces by $25.00. Booths will not be reserved until vendor fees have been paid and will be reserved on a first come basis.
There is an extremely limited amount of electricity available on site. We strongly recommend that if you must have electricity, you bring a generator.

Please note: No drugs or drug paraphernalia, pornographic or adult material, knives, snap pops, silly string, disappearing ink, fireworks allowed. No raffles without prior approval and proper state permits. No alcohol.
