    Event Description:

    We invite you to help us celebrate summer with a Festival immediately following our Memorial Day Parade. Join us at Baker Park in New Castle for food, games, and tons of fun!

    Vendor Information:

    10’ X 10’ booth space- $25.00. No refunds for cancelations after May 8, 2017

     Vendors are responsible for their own tent (if desired), tables and chairs. Holes cannot be made in the pavement or concrete.
    For multiple spaces, multiply number of spaces by $25.00. Booths will not be  reserved until vendor fees have been paid and will be reserved on a first come basis. 

    There is an extremely limited amount of electricity available on site. We strongly recommend that if you must have electricity, you bring a generator.


    If you are selling food in any form, please call (765)521-7060(765)521-7060 to obtain proper forms and information. Please note: No drugs or drug paraphernalia, pornographic or adult material, knives, snap pops, silly string, disappearing ink, fireworks allowed. No raffles without prior approval and proper state permits. No alcohol.

    Date/Time Information:
    The festival will begin immediately following the Memorial Day Parade at approximately 11:00am. Set up for vendors will begin at 8:00am. Vendor's wishing to set up the night before should contact the Chamber office at 765-529-5210 and know that security will not be provided for those setting up early.
