    Event Description:
    In an effort to present a meaningful event that puts your business or organization in front of multiple potential clients and customers, the Chamber is pleased to present:
    The Chamber’s Biz Connect

    Our goal with this event is to invite a specific target audience; those most interested in the services being offered by the vendors present and those who will support the non-profits represented.

    Each business/organization reserving a vendor space at The Chamber’s Biz Connect will receive 20 invitations to pass out to their customers/clients (more available upon request). Consider inviting the:
    · New home owner
    · New to the community
    · Homeowner making upgrades
    · Homeowner looking to move
    · Families needing care for seniors
    Residents seeking information about non-profit organizations &/or interested in volunteer opportunities
    - those looking for new healthcare providers
    - newlyweds

    Business usually represented include: banks, insurance agencies, home improvement businesses, retail establishments, care facilities, healthcare providers, funeral service providers, businesses and industries looking for employees, and other service providers.

    Door prizes are not required and may be given at the discretion of each vendor. If you wish to collect demographic information of the attendees, please come prepared with forms for them to fill out. The Chamber will not be collecting this information.

    A New Kind of Taste!
    Local food providers are encouraged to participate and showcase their best dishes in sample sized portions. Food offerings will be interspersed among the other vendors and providers should be prepared with small plates, utensils (if necessary), and napkins in order for attendees to enjoy the offerings while walking around the exhibit area. Passing samples via tray is encouraged. Ideal foods would be bite sized and managed without utensils. Minimal kitchen space is available at the Armory. There is no cost for a Taste vendor space. Our hope is to have a winery on hand offering samples to complement the food offerings.

    Members of the public wishing to attend The Chamber's Biz Connect without an invitation may pay the $5 admission fee at the door.

    4'X10' Display Table Booth:  For those companies primarily making contacts and distributing information.  Includes one 8 ft. x 30 inch table, 2 chairs and a gray table skirt.  Table cloth is not provided.  No electricity available.  $150 for Chamber Members, $425 for Non-Members.  Non-Members should contact the Chamber office to reserve your booth.
    8'X10' Premium Booth:  For those companies needing more room to display products.  These booths are located on the room perimeter with electricity available.  8 ft x 30 inch table, 2 chairs and gray table skirt are provided.  Table cloth is not provided.  $225 for Chamber Members, $425 for Non-Members.  Non-Members wishing to reserve a booth should call the Chamber office at 765-529-5210.  
    For our non-profit members only, a display table booth, 2 chairs and gray table skirt provided.  Table cloth in not provided.  No electricity available.  $100 for non-profit Chamber members only.
